Well, Larry Sabato does, since he received a retired Florida voting machine full of misspent ballots. Sabato bought the chad-laden gem on e-Bay last summer after “observing recounts” himself in Florida. And Sabato hasn’t stopped at that. According to Joshua Scott, who works at the Center for Politics, Sabato has just purchased an official copy of the “Enron Code of Ethics” manual. Scott wonders if they can get him to stop.
